We are happy to talk about these things with our clients and since we know you or your business we can often refer you to the right professional to handle services that Ascend Law does not. Of course we never receive referral fees or any other compensation for this but consider this “added value” as part of our obligation as your Trusted Personal Lawyer. You will find that you receive a lot of these “added values” that other law firms just don’t take the time to provide.
With both our business and estate planning we include a no-charge three year review to ensure that as our clients’ circumstances change, so does their plan so it operates the way it was designed. We have annual membership programs for clients that desire even more service. Whether you participate in one of our membership programs or not, we keep all of our clients updated about changes in the law and issues that might affect their lives.
In addition, we perform reviews of existing plans that may be out of date. And, we keep our clients business records up to date so that they have the maximum protection from personal liability that a corporation or limited liability company can provide.
